As a lifelong athlete, movement has always been central to who I am. Growing up in Seattle, surrounded by mountains and water, I spent my childhood skiing, surfing, golfing, playing tennis, and diving into just about every sport I could find. That early passion for activity shaped both my personal life and my professional direction.
I earned a B.A. in Biology and a Master’s in Public Health from Boston University, which gave me a strong foundation in science, health, and human performance. My career has taken me through a range of industries—including environmental chemistry, medical webcast production, and more than a decade in pharmaceutical sales and marketing—each adding depth to my understanding of health from multiple angles.
My work in fitness has brought me around the world, collaborating with premier hotels, athletic clubs, spas, cruise lines, and boutique studios. I’ve had the privilege of working with organizations such as the Washington Athletic Club, Exhale, Equinox, Flywheel, and Nike World Headquarters. With decades of training experience, multiple fitness and wellness certifications, and thousands of hours teaching and coaching, I’ve developed a holistic, integrative approach to helping people reach their goals.
Today, I empower clients through a balanced blend of movement, nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle habits—helping them feel strong, confident, and capable in every area of life.
