Personal Wellness
The goal of this session is to develop a plan for you to feel your best in your body, whether it's to lose weight, gain muscle, or change your diet and daily habits. We will begin with a comprehensive assessment and discuss your daily lifestyle to see what changes make the most sense- biological or psychological- based on your personalized goals. We will then create a plan that takes into account these goals and creates a timeline with an eye toward lasting, impactful change.
$165/session in person or online.
