Workout on your own time, however you want. The most recent recordings of my Full Body 45- minute class are available, along with many other titles organized by style of workout and time commitment. Examples include 10-30 minute videos for Arms, Booty, Abdominals and Core, Pilates, Yoga, Barre, etc. We will mainly use our own body weight vs. gravity for resistance. However, we may add 1-2 lb weights, a circular resistance band, or a pilates ball as optional props. $25/mo subscription.
